Duties and Taxes

Customers outside the United Kingdom are responsible for their own duties and taxes on purchases and returns.

    Return Protocol

    Initiate a return by emailing within 14 days of delivery.
    Once authorised, promptly ship back the items.

      Return Shipping

      You are responsible for return shipping fees, which are non-refundable.
      For secure returns, use a service offering tracking and insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your items.

        Delivery of Exchanged Items

        Delivery times for exchanged items vary by location.
        Consider tracking or insurance for secure exchanges.

          Return Conditions

          Items must be in original condition: unused, unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and undamaged.

          Intimate garments are non-returnable.

          Include all original accessories (belts, laces, logo pendants) and maintain tags and packaging.

          Use the original or a similarly protective box for shipping.

            Credit Notes and Refunds

            Items purchased with credit notes are not eligible for cash refunds.


              Discounted items or purchases made during special promotions are final and not returnable.

              In-person returns are not accepted.

                International Returns

                Customers outside the UK must arrange and cover their own return shipping, including label creation.

                SRVC Studio is not liable for return packages, hence using a tracked and insured shipping service is advised.

                GENERAL REFUNDS

                We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. I f approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.                 DAMAGES AND ISSUES

                Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
