Responsibility at SRVC

At SRVC, we are working to build a more responsible approach across design, sourcing, production, and operations.

We focus on creating pieces with longevity in mind, producing in controlled quantities, and continuously reviewing materials and supplier standards as the brand grows.

Design for longevity

We aim to create garments with lasting relevance through fit, construction, and material selection.

Where possible, we prioritise quality and durability so pieces can be worn repeatedly over time rather than for a single season.

We encourage customers to care for garments properly to help extend product life.

Repair and aftercare

We believe repair is an important part of product longevity.

For selected items, we are able to advise on repairs, replacement of components, or the best way to restore a garment where possible.

Materials and sourcing

We work across a mix of deadstock, preferred, and conventional materials and continue to review opportunities to increase the use of more responsible options.

We do not destroy unsold clothing or samples from previous collections and aim to manage remaining stock responsibly.

We are also developing our internal material guidelines and supplier standards as the business grows.

Production and supplier relationships

We work closely with our suppliers and production partners and value transparency, quality, and long term relationships.

We are continuing to formalise our policies and standards across supplier conduct, material compliance, and responsible business practices.

Packaging

We are continuously reviewing our packaging to reduce unnecessary environmental impact for both wholesale and direct to consumer orders.

Communication and progress

Responsibility is an ongoing process and we know there is always more to improve.

We will continue to review and evolve our practices across the business as SRVC develops.
